I was welcomed with a friendly smile upon arrival. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and feature a charming vintage style with a British touch. The common areas are tastefully decorated, showcasing unique furniture and decor that give the guesthouse real character. Overall, it’s a pleasant and safe place to stay, surrounded by nature and a bit of wildlife that adds to the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful view.

The photos of this place look stunning. The actual place itself isn't like this. There is no water in the pool, the pool base looks like it cracked and stopped functioning years ago. The bedding is dusty, the rooms are dusty, the shower water barely comes out. The host is nice though. But what is advertised of this place is false. These are pictures from 10 years ago possibly. I hope they can get a good deep clean in the rooms, revamp the pool and maintain that 'beautiful' garden, it would be worth a visit. so much potential.

What a lovely surprise! We stayed in a nice pet friendly cottage with a double bed, single bed and even extra couch. Self catering kitchen. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. Really comfortable and clean cottage. The 300m dirt road was quite good, even with my car. The room was really nice and clean with proper bedding and amazing pillows for my neck. We really appreciated the lovely pool, gardens, peacocks, springbok, ostriches and even a gemsbok! Breakfast was delicious. The two beautiful sheep dog just added to my smile. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very relaxing, lovely north facing room. Hosts really made the experience enjoyable and ensured we were comfortable. Rooms had an aircon and electric blankets and on cold evenings they even added an additional heater. The bread was very good and very well priced.
