My room was not cleaned for the 2 nights I slept there the toilet flush was not working properly I was told to lift the lid to flush eventually someone did come to fix it the shower was not sprinkling water well and the toilet floor was wet and the mat wet and nobody came to clean it I could not even buy water because I was told they didn't put it in the fridge there is no satchet tea or coffee in the to but there is a kettle n mug I don't know for what the white guy who works there does not even bother to greet he just walks past I must say their food is nice and affordable I booked a room with a bath and paid for it online we I arrived I was told the room was booked by someone else I ended up with a shower that hardly sprinkles water... The lady who makes the food was friendly n tried to assist me

What a disappointment to order food from them. I sent a pic and was informed will show the chef. I will recommend people to open your food and look as you don't get what you pay for After I said I will not support or recommend Them I was informed ok Wow business must be good if they don't worry about bad service or complaints

I will give it to Memories. The first time earlier in the year the owner was there and the service and food was Great.. Unfortunately yesterday were not good at all, owner was not there this time. Food were acceptable but service... Being asked if we need cutlery and condiments. Food not arriving at the same time, so we could not enjoy it together. Another table asking for condiments and ours gets taken and given to that table.. I don't know, maybe they do not have enough... Very unprofessional. Trying to communicate with owner before reviewing but the responses is terrible...

It was not good! What a terrible memory and waste of money! Waited almost 4 hours for 2 pizzas and then it was some terrible homemade nonsense with the hardest base, no tomato base, specks of cheese... Nothing memorable! Owner or manager proceeds to come to the car to "update" us on our order, makes racist remarks about the lady working in the kitchen and tells us he fired the delivery guy for being drunk. Definitely won't recommend it to anyone. I don't think they even deserve 1 star... Minus 5 stars....
