We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Raz. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Despite the freezing weather outside, the hotel was warm and cozy throughout, which made such a difference and added to the overall comfort of our stay. The attention to detail and standard of cleanliness were truly impressive. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious — fresh, well-prepared, and thoroughly enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. We left feeling relaxed, comfortable, and very satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality stay in Harrismith.

I had a really pleasant stay at Raz in Harrismith. The place is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious with a big, full bathroom, and everything from the bed to the towels and sheets was fresh and spotless. What stood out the most was the service. We arrived around 2am after leaving the wedding in Ladysmith very late, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. One of the ladies woke up to come and open for us, which we truly appreciated. The staff overall were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable, and a great way to start the morning. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable stopover in Harrismith. Definetely sleeping there next time.

Beautiful and clean accommodation. Great breakfast served by friendly staff. Huge bathroom with heated towel rail, plenty cupboards, aircon, electric blankets, Netflix . Gorgeous mountain views.

Its my 2nd stay at the lovely guesthouse, the water was nice and hot but takes a bit of time to warm up It's a super place for Cleanliness, good service. Keep up the good work Clean & Tidy good stuff guys
