My stay was good .Room was very neat and clean all the time .The receptionist was very wellcoming on my arrival and very polite and respectful at all times .If I needed something she responded urgently with a smile .

Heartfelt Thanks to Kefuoe and the staffs in Citystay Ladybrand! From the moment we arrived, Kefuoe and the staffs made us feel genuinely cared for. They looked after our luggages while we explored Lesotho, arranged driver to pick us up from the town and take us to the border, even fixed the hot shower during electricity outages—always with kindness and a smile. They helped us exchange small change in town and even organized a driver for our midnight send-off. Every little detail was taken care of, and their warmth made all the difference. We felt safe and supported. it was hospitality at its finest. We’re so grateful and will always remember the kindness. Five stars to Kefuoe and the amazing people!
