I have often had treatment and service that is 5 star. But between JP, and Shaun, and Sipho, I would have to find some missing stars... it was indescribably beyond. There was nothing that was too much trouble. Dietary requirements, steak aged to perfection, wraps, sparkling clean glasses... I can go on ad nauseum. Don't look anywhere else for top class treatment

Getting married 2 September. Beautiful venue with lush gardens and spectacular views. Amazing food and stunning rooms!!! Kids play area and swimming pool. Gorgeous chapel and decor is out of this world. A must for anyone getting married! JP is a wonderful manager and staff are very friendly

This place is a slice of heaven! Every inch of it is gorgeous! My favourite parts of my experience with Duck Point, is their attention to detail and their service! They WANT to make your experience beautiful and effortless and will do anything to help! An AWESOME General Manager who assiduously attends to the comfort or wishes of others and is very courteous. A chef that takes such pride in what he produces!!! The day of our event the staff was attentive to everyone's needs and you felt taken care of. When last have you felt that anywhere?
