‎We had our year-end function at The Venue on the Vaal on 13 December 2025, and it was absolutely beautiful. ‎ ‎The Vaal River flowing right next to the venue created such a captivating atmosphere, with boats passing by and stunning scenery all around. The lush green lawns and flower gardens made the setting picture-perfect. ‎ ‎The venue itself was decorated beautifully and suited our event perfectly. The staff at the drinks section were friendly, helpful, and even cleared our tables after meals. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed an hour longer than planned! ‎ ‎Everywhere you looked, people were taking photos with the river, the swing, and gardens as gorgeous backdrops—even when it drizzled, the charm of the place shone through. Truly a memorable experience.

We had my daughter’s Sweet 16 at The Venue on Vaal — oh, what a day! The venue is absolutely spectacular. As huge as it is, it’s also perfect for an intimate event, which is exactly what we had. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. And Nina, the owner — what a beautiful soul! I could write an entire essay about her kindness. From my very first enquiry to the day of the event, she was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely caring. The way she treats her clients makes you feel like family, not just another booking. Thank you so much, Nina, from the bottom of my heart. I truly hope to get married one day, because I’ve already found my perfect venue. 💕

Such a beautiful spot for a special event. We had our year-end function at The Venue on the Vaal and it was honestly such a great experience. The setting is absolutely stunning — peaceful, scenic, and the perfect backdrop for a memorable day. The venue itself is spacious, well laid out, and really easy to enjoy, whether you’re there to celebrate, unwind, or just soak in the views. Everything flowed well and the atmosphere made it feel like a proper end-of-year treat. It’s a lovely venue and I’d definitely recommend it for company functions or special occasions. We all had an amazing time. 🤩

We had the most amazing time celebrating my mom’s 65th birthday. The service from Nina and her staff was incredible. All of our guests had a wonderful time and enjoyed the breathtaking scenery at the venue.
