Amazing setup by Ilse and her team. Ilse you outdid yourself. There is not one thing I was unhappy about. You handled everything so professionally, you took my theme and made it happen exactly the way I wanted it. You were present from start to finish making sure everything went as planned. You went above and beyond organising the DJ, clean up crew, security for the kids and so much more. Thanks for an amazing event

We recently held the memorial service of my dad at Crystal Victorian Venue and Catering. Ilze and her Team supported and guided us throughout all the arrangements and were fantastic on the day as well. The decor and memorial table were are true representation of my dad. Ilze and her Team, including the lovely venue, is highly recommended. Thank you Ilze, we appreciate your care and support during this difficult time and will forever be grateful for the manner in which we could say our final goodbyes to a very special man. The venue has recently installed air-conditioning. AJay SIGNH thank you for the review. The venue did note this back in the day and saved up to have your wish come true. We hope to have you again to experience an awesome event with the new air-conditioned venue.

Decent all round venue for any parties, along with custom menus, decorations and a lovely harden for photos. Great in pricing also and with contacts for most 3rd party events and add-ons for venues.
