A Relaxing Escape at Heidelberg Kloof Lodge My family and i recently spent a few days here and the experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. Spacious & Clean Accommodations: The rooms were incredibly roomy and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed with the fresh toiletries and the daily room service, which kept everything spotless throughout my stay. Exceptional Service: The hostesses were truly amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure we was comfortable, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything at all. Delicious Dining: One of the best surprises was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and served with a smile—a great way to start the day. Top-Tier Facilities: The pool area was clean and neat, providing a great spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere. If you are looking for a getaway where you are genuinely looked after, I highly recommend this lodge. They truly care about their guests, and their attention to detail made my holiday wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Staff make an establishment and my word, how great is the service we receiving from Monique and Nikita! Booked with breakfast only a day before for arrival for urgent work meeting. Made mention that i would only be able to check in around 20h00 which was happily accommodated for. My colleague and I were unsure of what we were going to eat ao called Monique and asked if it would be possible to make provision for a small braai stand so we can. No questions asked, it was just arranged. We did not end up using the braai as we went out for dinner but the fact that the response from Monique was so positive, really makes this place stand out. We have even been offered early breakfast due to the time of our flight back to Cape Town. Over and above everything mentioned, the rooms are spacious, clean and very well maintained. Phenomenal, superb job team! No wonder you are so highly rated. Well done!

I was on a work trip, we were booked in here for 2 nights. Didn't spend much time here as it was early up and late,but the service was excellent. Very nice staff, I felt right at home. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, except a plate, as we were late home and bought takeout offside. The surroundings a serene and beautiful. The odd springboks roaming around. The rounds are perfect and clean. I had the opportunity to see family who drove from Johannesburg, and they were allowed entrance with no issues, although we didnt stay long. You have a view of the pool from the breakfast room. A hot breakfast can be ordered with whatever you ask for. Toast jams, coffee, fruit and yogurt also available at breakfast. Thank you
