Cosy comfort stay..felt at home. Three small problems..we could not reach the fan and light cable high up..to dim the light and only activate the fan, we had to shut down both at the wall switch. As it was a hot evening we had to open both windows..we were then challenged by the traffic noise and a huge dog barking. We found the small shower and toilet area not on standard and felt uncomfortable to use it. We booked for three..but on arrival we had to ask for extra towels and water. We enjoyed using the kitchen and the lady on duty were friendly and helpful. Thanks

Great experience staying at Picanha Guesthouse Heidelberg. pleasing and professional service from the staff and management. The facility feels like home with a beautiful specious rooms, kitchen and the yard. Will definitely consider visiting again.

Was a lovely place to stay. staff were very helpful. Would have given a five star but the door to the porch didn't lock and we had a block drain in the shower so had to go and use a different room to shower but the staff were straight on it to get it sorted

This guest house is not for a longer stay. No coffee facilities in the room. The towels all have seen better days. The smells and noise from the communial kitchen was horrible. On 2 occasions my husband had to ask the other guest to keep it down. Last night at 23h30 another guest had a conversation on his cellphone on loud speaker for 20 minutes.
