The only but is the not fridge in the rooms. Traveling with a baby is a most for the food and so…if that improves; I will be a regular every month. We loved the hotel. Specially the staff and comfort

Great service. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Great value for money. The waiter Lliam gave us very good service and advised us on what cocktails were available. He made the best margaritas of my life

The hotel was fair overall, but the service left much to be desired. The staff did not go out of their way to assist or create a welcoming experience. For example, I requested an iron and ironing board at reception in person, only to be told to return to my room and call reception as a reminder, which felt unnecessarily inconvenient. On another occasion, I returned from work at 3pm to find that my room had not yet been serviced, which was disappointing. I was also provided with a company voucher to the value of R320. However, when I attempted to order a simple burger and chips via room service well within the voucher amount I was told outright that the voucher could only be used for dining, with no flexibility or willingness to accommodate the request. Additionally, the property is not a typical hotel, but rather resembles apartment-style accommodation within a complex, which may not suit all travellers. Overall, while the stay was acceptable, the lack of flexibility and proactive service impacted the experience.
