​The staff here are fantastic—genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help throughout our stay. The dining experience was another major plus, with a copious amount of excellent food served every day. ​However, this is definitely not a 5-star hotel; it is 3 stars at best. The property itself is very dated and in need of serious maintenance. While the warm hospitality and great meals made up for some of the physical drawbacks, management urgently needs to invest in renovations and upkeep to match their staff's hard work.

Absolutely amazing service from the staff. They were attentive and overall just absolutely friendly and helpful. It was really a pleasure. The rooms were nice, just inconsistent in terms of what was inside them. Some of them had large showers, while others had small showers. I did see a few unwelcomed guests (in the form of those pesky brown insects we all don't love to see). My bathroom didn't have ventilation despite having a window and door that leads to an outdoor shower (didn't have access to it though). Either than this, it's a lovely place with a lot of character. Do take a moment on the swing outside. That was my favourite part. The food was also really great. They make amazing vegetables.

A wonderful weekend in every aspect: easy and efficient direct booking, very spacious rooms with all comfort, nice bathroom with jacuzzi style bath, fine and original cuisine for dinner, and last but not least, extremely friendly and efficient staff. Pleasant walks in and around the property in a beautiful park with ponds. You get more value for your money than in many other places around.

What an incredible peaceful place, with staff that are so friendly. We stayed 1 night (Thank you for being one of the few places that allow me to book for only 1night). I mentioned to them that this was for our anniversary and they went out of their way to make our room up super romantic and even gave us a sweet plate after dinner. Really romantic setting. Breakfast was superb. Thank you to the team for an unforgettable experience.
