Ambiance is 10/10. Portions are generous and delicious and reasonably priced. Waiters are on the ball, helpful and attentive. Hostess was superb, couldn't do enough for our bridal tea guests. Table setting was feminine and spot on, beautiful flower arrangements... fell in love with the venue!

I recently hosted a baby shower at Alice in Waterkloof and it was honestly such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The staff were so attentive, constantly checking in and making sure everything was perfect without ever being overwhelming. Even though we couldn’t have a very large event, they created such a beautiful, intimate setup for us and gave us our own space, which made it feel incredibly personal and meaningful. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the portions were generous. You can really tell care goes into every dish. On top of that, the prices are so reasonable, which makes the whole experience even better. There’s something really special about the atmosphere too - it feels peaceful, elegant, and warm, the kind of place where memories are made. I would definitely recommend it for a baby shower, birthday, or any special gathering. Even if it’s just for tea and cake with the girls, it’s one of those places you’ll keep coming back to.

What a hidden gem in Pretoria East. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really sets this place apart is the magical garden atmosphere. It feels like you’ve stepped into a completely different world. Every detail is beautiful and thoughtfully done, making it perfect for a relaxed lunch or a special occasion. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.
