What a beautiful hidden gem💎 In the middle of the city! Was invited to a gathering with colleagues. And intimate launching! We had a great time! I had reservations in another hotel and end up staying here. Rooms were comfortable and spacious Great service! Food was lovely! Perfect spot for proposals! Totally recommend it!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The views were absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to that scenery every morning felt like a dream. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The service was top-notch; every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and cared for. And the food… simply outstanding! Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. This place truly exceeded my expectations on every level. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and unforgettable experiences. Can’t wait to come back!

We were served the worst meal we have ever had. We chose 2 weeks prior our event, filled or kingklip, we had the kingklip it was frozen fish, looked like they microwaved it, we had water oozing out. The sides were shocking. No way 5 stars, service was also not 5 stars, we had to set our own tables for breakfast.

We had high tea on Sunday 12:00, no one greeted us. The food was OLD & cold, the scones was dry, the macaroons broke in pieces, sandwiches was hard, tea was cold, sweets was a joke can buy better at the SPAR. Water was given hot without ice. We were shocked by the super bad food and service. The place is stunning and 360 degrees views of Pretoria at the top, unfortunately was not enough to safe the day. Super disappointed! Please do BETTER!
