We booked one night here for the rugby. The area itself isn't in a great area but the hotel is within a gated area with security on guard. It has a restaurant and reception area. Breakfast was included which was perfect for what we needed. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The rooms were very spacious and it had a little kitchenette built into the cupboard with basic utensils ,kettle etc. the bathroom is big with a bath and shower. Overall,it was good but the area itself in Hatfield isn't great anymore. Perfect for stays when watching a game at Loftus . Parking is within the property.

Well received by Helen when I arrived late on a cold and rainy night. I received a complimentary room upgrade. Ordered room service, though they were a bit slow, the taste made up for it. Staff are wonderful, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired and is in great need of a refurb. Gadifele, the manager, assisted me to order an ehailing service and she helped with my luggage. Staff are so passionate and dedicated.

First time at this hotel and from the moment you step in the door, the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Such a refreshing change to see staff who go out of their way to meet your needs. The rooms are not only cleaned and have everything you need, but they are large… lots of room for two people to move around We dined in and despite the last order of the day, the food was wonderful. Fresh and well presented and portions were more than ample. If you need a place in this area, this should be your number One go to for accommodation I will definitely be back .

Room was nice but didn’t have many amenities. No hand soap when I arrived and when I notified the front desk, they said they were out of soap! Also didn’t like the shared balcony, seemed unsafe. Customer service was a hit or miss. But the restaurant was good and cheap with free breakfast, which had a lot of good options.
