Terrible service. We had no water and power on our wedding day after renting this hall, the chairs were paid for but broken, the staff’s are unprofessional and they seem to be a rift between. Bad service, they refuse to return our deposit giving one story after the other. They are racist, Juan said we are supposed to get the keys but Vianca said we can’t have the keys to the hall we paid for on the day of the event probably because we are black.

#we had our year end there and it was very professionally done. The view from the balcony was to die for. It was very clean and safe. I will recommend it. Just don't wear high heals ladies
