Friendly and helpful. Allowed us to wash off the dust on our vehicles after our Zim trip. Lush, peaceful & secure grounds for parking. Toasty fireplaces in the restaurant, and the most delicious Eisbein, crisp fresh salads, and yummy Bitterballen. Gorgeous accommodation.

Stayed there for one night. Rooms were very nice absolutely no complaint there. Security needs to be improved though, they leave the entrance gate open during the day and other guests that stayed there had got their car stolen about 20min before we arrived. This didn't make me and the rest of the people who I stayed there with feel safe leaving any of our stuff in the rooms. I have seen people review this place as safe and I do know there is cctv, but none of that matters if you leave a gate open.

This historic guest house is a true gem. Its location is excellent—safe, peaceful, and surrounded by many trees that create lovely shaded areas throughout the property. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the welcome on arrival was warm and thoughtful. One of the highlights is the food: traditional Dutch dishes prepared with care, presented on an interesting and varied menu that reflects the history and character of the house. The owners are gracious and attentive, making guests feel genuinely welcome without being intrusive. Overall, this guest house combines history, comfort, and hospitality in a beautiful setting, making it a memorable place to stay.

Venue is beautiful chapel is gorgeous. Was there for funeral service. Drinks afterwards at restaurant and service was extremely slow. When asking for bill waiter was missing in action and had to wait 10 min for other waiters to find him. Really disappointed for such a beautiful place.
