From the very first viewing, we had a good feeling about this venue — and Pieter and Deon exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding day. Everything was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully put together. What made the experience even more incredible was that the cake, flowers, décor, and DJ were all included, and every single element was done so professionally and with such care. We received endless compliments from our guests about all the details, even how comfortable the beds were! What really stood out was how welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested Pieter and Deon were in making our day special. They created such a warm atmosphere and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Our wedding day was more perfect than we could ever have imagined, and we are incredibly grateful for the unforgettable experience they gave us. We would recommend this venue to absolutely anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free, and truly special wedding experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing – friendly, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The rooms are beautifully prepared, clean, and comfortable, with breathtaking views and a quiet, tranquil atmosphere that makes for a truly relaxing experience. What stood out most was the personal touch. The owners went out of their way to accommodate me with a delicious homemade supper when I requested some home-cooked food, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, comfort, and a peaceful getaway. I will most definitely be returning in September. A good place to stay is not just good food and a fancy room. This hotel has that, but a great place to stay is a warm bed, a friendly environment and great people. Pheasant Hill has great people. It always feel that I am visiting with friend. Please go and meet them.
