I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Caroline, the massage therapist at Villa Africa. She provided exceptional service and made my experience truly relaxing and enjoyable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. I would highly recommend both her services and Villa Africa to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable spa experience. Thank you for making my visit so special!

Went to the spa with my mother. Facilities were inadequate. Service was friendly however not very experienced. We both got hurt when doing pedicures. Our skin had scratches and was bleeding at the end of the pedicure. The massage and facial was decent. Overall not the best experience. Will not recommend.

If I could I wouldn’t even rate 1 star. Very disappointing experience. From arrival to the spa experience the massage was half hearted, the robs they give you are old and the Jacuzzi looks dirty there is black mould on the sealing of the jacuzzi. Shortly after checking in, we found multiple issues that made the accommodation unsuitable, so we checked out shortly after and did not stay overnight. Communication thereafter was poor. Messages and follow-ups were ignored, and management appeared absent from the start. Despite not using the accommodation at all, the refund process has been slow and unclear.

The place and its facilities looks really good on pictures but when you get there and see the place with your own eyes it’s a completely different reality. From the establishment not being well maintained, the staff is nothing close to being prepared and aware of what service you booked. The hygiene just made it worse from there , the beds look worn off, the towels smelled horrible , the lady that did my massage had long nails scratching me as she massaged me. To top that off it felt like she did not know what she was doing , it felt like I just had oil applied on my body, not tension was released, my body did not feel relaxed at all. At some point when she was massaging my head it felt like she was just scribbling on it, my barber does a better job. Would not recommend at all.
