A leafy, 'rain forest' feel prevails in Ballito Gardens, with greenery clustering around the housing units. Properties are generously proportioned to create a sense of space and leisure. A unique housing design succeeds in achieving openness and flow in the living areas; at the same time bedroom planning ensures privacy and roominess. A stimulating environment!
