I visited Sala Beach House on my birthday (13 April), and I can honestly say it was the best service I have experienced in my 30 years. After what had been a rather stressful afternoon, I arrived at the restaurant feeling slightly overwhelmed. I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful gentleman named Innocent, one of the exceptional waiters at Sala. I shared that it was my birthday, and what was meant to be a 5:30pm outdoor celebration with a beautiful beach view had unfortunately turned into a 7:30pm indoor reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. He immediately sensed my disappointment on such a special day. From that moment on, Innocent showed genuine compassion, kindness, and an incredible level of understanding. Despite the weather not being in our favour, he went above and beyond to ensure I still experienced the outdoor setting I had hoped for. His thoughtfulness and dedication truly turned my evening around. He recommended excellent wines and meals, and engaged us in such warm, thoughtful conversation that made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by someone so attentive and sincere. I would highly recommend Sala Beach House not only for its beautiful setting and exceptional dining experience, but especially for the outstanding service. Innocent is a true asset to the team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting. He made my birthday incredibly special, and I am deeply grateful.

Spent my birthday afternoon with my husband at Sala. From the spa to the dining experience it was a real treat! The welcome, hosting, and the treatment itself at the spa was a delight. Our dining experience was also fantastic, Innocent waited on us and made sure we were well taken care of. The location is stunning, every detail carefully curated for a luxury beach spa/dining/hotel experience, and oh so romantic. 10/10.

Blown away by the stunning sea view as one walks into the courtyard. Had the pleasure of booking my birthday lunch for three. Thabo our waiter was amazing with his service. He paid attention to detail, explained the menu and went beyond to make us feel comfortable. From the starters to the cheese platter I was impressed with the execution, the flavours were amazing. Will definitely be coming back for the spa package. Thank you so very much.

My husband & I returned to Sala Beach House for the 2nd time & we were just as blown away this time like we were the 1st time. From our ocean view room, the food & the staff, 10s across the board. Innocent, Nkanyiso, Obie, Henk, Thabo & the rest of the staff all deserve their flowers! I also booked a spa treatment & the masseuse was exceptional. We will be back.
