Best venue ever, they also have accommodation that is very luxurious with their beautiful gardens and allocated at the top where fresh breeze always blows.

I recently stayed at Aloedale Lodge, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the lodge did not meet basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Cleanliness: The room was dirty, with dust on the surfaces and stains on the bedding. The bed was extremely uncomfotable. It felf like those cheaps beds bought from the side of the road. nothing fit for a Lodge. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with mold in the shower and an unpleasant odor. Rooms were not serviced and the bedding was of extreme poor quality. No blankets were provided. Pillows were as hard as a rock. What an awefull stay I experienced. Service: The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any of my concerns. When I reported the issues with my room, they were dismissive and did not offer any solutions or apologies. The owners are arrogant. They even refused with a refund I could go else where. Amenities: The amenities listed on the website were either unavailable or in poor condition. The DSTV was unreliable, and the advertised pool was filthy and not mainteined. Noise: The lodge was incredibly noisy, with people talking loud througout the night and thin walls that did nothing to block out the sound from neighboring rooms. Value for Money: Given the poor quality of the accommodation and service, the price was exorbitant. I felt that I did not get value for my money at all. Overall, I would NOT recommend Aloedale Lodge to anyone. My stay was uncomfortable and disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to address these issues for future guests.
