This hotel is well located and very easy to find. The hospitality of the people serving is awesome. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. The facility is very clean! Only if you were to put foot carpets in the rooms. Tiles are very cold on bare feet.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Umthunzi Hotel and Conference. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and welcoming check-in experience, which immediately made us feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast service. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyed in such a relaxed atmosphere. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and the peaceful environment made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

Great service and friendly staff. The room was well prepped for our arrival and had suffient supplies. The breakfast spread had a balanced variety for one to choose from (omelette was 100%). My mother and I enjoyed our stay especially with the beach being near by you can hear the calming waves from the balcony ❤️

I had made a reservation for Thursday - Sunday over the Comrades Marathon weekend. Had driven all night from Jhb to NPS (because a loved one was admitted to Hibiscus Hospital) and arrived around 06:30. The staff allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the normal time. Our stay was pleasant (water was hot) and we enjoyed the meals offered (the service staff was excellent).
