The lodge is welcoming, service is good, overall our stay there was great

The worst place and shocking service the place has had zero maintenance done in the rooms. Aircon not working, lights not working, doors not working. Staf. Not know anything about overlooking. While standing a reception so many customers are unhappy and complaining about the same things. I will never come back

They receptionist told us the price on booking.com is a false advertisement we had to pay R850 per day and their breakfast you pay R150 extra , we were very disappointed but the place was clean.in our room we had coffee sugar and a cup but the kettle was not there for hot water no iron

I am lost for words with the place. There are ants and spiders everywhere and the ants bite. There is only one worn out towel in the room. The place does not have a backup power during load shedding/ reduction. The walls inside the shower are horrific.
