We stayed at Wildwood Events Venue over the weekend of 7–9 November 2025 for my daughter’s wedding, and I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. The venue was absolutely fabulous—exactly what we envisioned for an “in the bush” wedding. From start to finish, everything was beautifully handled by the Wildwood team. The meet-and-greet braai on Friday evening set the tone for a relaxed and welcoming weekend. Breakfast on Saturday was delicious and well-organized, and the staff catered to every need with genuine warmth. The wedding day itself was seamless. The canapés area before the reception was set up professionally and looked stunning. The reception hall was so pretty—truly everything my daughter had hoped for. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service, the attention to detail, and how effortlessly everything came together. I believe all our guests had a wonderful time, but most importantly, my daughter and son-in-law absolutely loved their wedding day. Thank you, Wildwood, for delivering such an unforgettable experience—despite all my “mother-of-the-bride” nags and requests! You exceeded every expectation.

We had our wedding and Wildwood and we were beyond impressed. From our guests raving about the braai on Friday, to every last detail being taken care of throughout the ceremony, reception and breakfasts. The food was amazing, the venue looked incredible, the rooms were great, bridal suite perfect for getting ready with comfort and style, Lorraine, Mellisa and the staff went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. From day one of organising the wedding to saying goodbye after an amazing wedding, I have not one negative thing to say. Thank you WildWood for making the day such a special one.
