The room was a bit big but yo my wife woke up complaining about the bed .decided not have their dinner it's a bit on the high price wise.breakfast was fair enough a bit dry for my liking

The service was expectional , the room was very clean and surrounding perfect.

SO DISSAPOINTING :Service was bad, on arrival only the security guard was nice. When we checked out, i took the keys back to the reception i said bye and there was not response, The rooms are way to small , shower was leaking Towels were stained dirty ( showing they were used for the other busnennes ) . Was hoping to get the same service i got at their spa.

The place wonderful and very clean. My only issue was that we were ill treated on the day we wanted to have lunch and suprise my friends because it was his birthday. There was a miscommunication with the person who did the enquiry and we understood that. We then opted to still have lunch at different tables because we where told there was a limit of 5 per table. Fine we said because where 14 we will sit at different tables, but the lady at reception did not want us to dine there. We then left because we did not have the money to book the whole venue
