I love this place so much, I slept at Schimper View on 13 to 15 October 2025 and their service was awesome, the place is gorgeous. The Department of Defence booked for us and I just loved it. We had to check out early in the morning and the owner made sure we get our invoices and all necessary documents in the evening, Johanna is the best, she woke up very early to make us breakfast. Thank you so much for accommodating us. Whenever I come to Makhado, I will definitely book at Schimper View.💓💓🥰🥰

Rather hidden Gem in a small town. Greeted by a great hostess, warm towel and welcoming drink. A luxury after a long travel. Situated at the top of Mokado it has amazing day and bight views. I was fortunate to have room 5 with a real honeymoon feel. Complimentary wine and OBS it is winter after all. Everything is just an amazing space whether you are on a mini holiday, honeymoon or business travel as i was. And limited rooms means tranquil peace. Just parking spaces are a bit small but manageable.

Luxurious!! Its giving " dont cheat yourself, treat yourself" this place is nothing short of AMAZING! Breathtaking views 😍 Spacious, clean, everything modern. They even have gym!! The staff? Super awesome.. oh that lady is so warm, friendly and professional. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT MATTERS IN MAKHADO. The foooood!! Fresh, delicious and filling bfast. You are spoiled for choice. Loved it!! Definitely coming back. Coffee machine, complimentary wine and brandy..perfection
