Well, it is a good place , however, they're still using traditional amenities. They should add a USB port and more plugs near the bed. They knew that we were going to sleep over, but they didn't put soap and shower gels. It was difficult to switch on the TV, and their aircon did not work.

No hot water, there's electricity disruptions and when there's electricity the lights keep flickering, fridge plug is cut, no microwave, breakfast is cold as there are no warmers. The shower was dirty, batteries for the remote to turn on the TV were dead. It was an unpleasant experience. The location of the lodge and views are great, and the place has huge potential to be the best in area if they can address these shortcomings.

The worst experience” does not fully describe what we went through. From the moment we arrived, nothing seemed to be working properly. The air conditioners were not functioning, and there were no remote controls available to operate them. The room had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. We were forced to move from one room to another due to electricity issues, which was highly inconvenient. The receptionist appeared confused and was unable to assist us effectively with the problems we raised. The lodge is in serious need of maintenance and refurbishment. The rooms look very old and poorly maintained. Management should address these issues before accepting bookings, as the current condition does not justify accommodating guests. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
