Our entire experience from the reception to the spa to the restaurant to the activities was exceptional. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Julie, food and drinks were excellent and the waterfront room was neat clean and spacious. Overall it was a fantastic experience and i would recommend to everyone.

The room wasn't clean. The sheets were dirty and caused me a nasal blockage. We checked out in the AMs and I literally couldn't breath. The service was splendid every staff member we spoke to was sweet and helpful

Rooms are very clean and neat, The service is excellent and the reception ladies are so friendly,its only 1 hour drive from Johannesburg, All the activities are amazing ,game drive,paddle boat and horse riding was included in our packages, We will come back for more days,😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 Yolanda Muleele.

We checked into 4 chalets for 3 nights. No check-in inspection was done in our presence. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them, the bath tub was clogged. Upon our arrival nobody escorted us to our chalets, bath towels were missing in 2 rooms and they denied us a full refund because of the towels even after explaining that those old towels were not in the rooms from day 1. Almost 3 weeks after check out, my refund has not been processed. I would not recommend staying here, perhaps a day visit is better.
