I hired the place for my wedding. The venue is beautiful but the owner was extremely unpleasant to my chef and his staff, wanted to charge me extra for load shedding (even though the contract I signed clearly stated that I would have full use of the generator till midnight) and when I asked for my breakage deposit, she came up with stories. She has since stopped replying to my emails. I did not have a pleasant experience at all. I would give zero stars if I could. Definitely Do Not Recommend!

An absolute haven for a weary soul. Thank you Tiffany and staff for the beautiful stay. Your cottages are wonderfully equipped, lacking nothing. Special small touches that make a guest so welcome and at home. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the linen crisp. A place to come back to again and again.

I'll give the venue itself a 4 because it's so accommodating, big beautiful anything a person can dream of for a wedding. When coming to the food oh word I'll give a 1, personally the food was just bad and fot their desserts ill give a 4, quiet nice I must say they serve the best malva pudding. Definitely will recommend it for weddings and a quiet weekend away.

Food quality and service is not consistent. Had a wonderful dinner on Friday evening, but the Sunday breakfast came cold and 1h30 after having ordered. We only had explanations after we complained to management: only one cook was available while we were a group of 12. They must communicate when some stuff like this happens
