I was hoping for luxury that is being mentioned, but I didn’t get that. for the price you pay you expect luxury,that is why I booked a room in this place. First of all the WIFI was not working at all & the TV also, nothing to watch i was bored as hell nothing to entertain myself with. I don’t understand why the is no sink in the room to wash your dishes. i had to drink & use water from the toilet basin, the toilet paper was almost finished, it shows the rooms are not properly checked before a guest arrives and lastly the thing that pissed me the most was the was no running water at all when i wanted to bath and brush my teeth, i had to leave the place without taking a shower, the only positive thing i can say about the room is that it was clean that’s all. Maybe i might be mistaken for another guest I don’t know. I understand number 3, regarding the sink. and when I arrived there was a glass bottle water in the fridge, and also i asked for water the second day the guy gave them to me in a glass bottle. Number 4: i did not get a brand new toilet roll i only got a half one, i won’t say something am not sure off. As for number 5: thank you for the apology but i can 100% say that i did not get any explanation regarding a pressure pump issue. And no ONE went an extra mile to offer me water and I denied, that’s totally untrue, please management kindly ask the gentleman who was there on my arrival and departure. I left in the morning without taking a bath and the guy did not explain anything regarding the water issue even no one called me or send me a text. I can show my last WhatsApp conversation when making reservations, and he didn’t offer me any water please please check your facts. The only thing i ask him, was about the WIFI and he said it’s not working.

The best place I've never seen but is having a great quality vibe like peace and appreciate it I will come back over and over again.❤

Hi, My family and I booked at the LLG. The place was clean, kids user friendly and the staff were very kind and helpful.
