I would like to express my disappointment with our accommodation. Lodge is under new management I hope it will improve. The card machine was not working. The TV was not working and was not fixed after we reported the issue. The bathroom walls were peeling, and the bathroom was not clean. The bedroom walls were dirty. The lounge suite was torn. The toilet was not functioning properly. There was seating for only four people in the lounge, outdoor area, and dining room, despite the accommodation being advertised as suitable for six guests. Overall, the property did not meet the standard we expected based on its advertising, and we were disappointed with our experience.

We went there for a weekend away with my friends. The rooms are dirty with spiderwebs all over. The bed base is made of rocks and the mattress is worn out and dirty.the headboard is made of bricks.cockroaches in the kitchen, the cups are chipped, no cleaning ladies on site, the bathtub is old and dirty. There are no lights outside, the place gets pitch black at night with no security on site.the yard is not taken care of. The pool is so small and only caters for kids. The are many water features with dirty green water all over the yard. The owner is so rude , no service whatsoever. Do not go there, it is a waste of money and time. The place is appalling,I am very disappointed and will never ever return to that place.

Not what you see on the website. No entry to hiking area. Locked up. Rooms need attention. Can't open up the boards in the windows no glass in windows. Does not feel safe to open up the windows. Stray cat keeps jumping through the windows and door. Appliances are very old and smelly. Over priced for what you get!

Oh wow, a piece of tranquility just a stone throw away from all the Harties attractions. We were received with such friendly faces, we immediately felt as if we belong. I would highly recommend Out of Africa for when the city just gets too much. It's honestly a piece of heaven. Well done guys.
