Held our Bosberaad at White Diamond Venue, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful, and leaves you wanting for nothing. No matter the time of day, the staff remain cheerful and helpful. The accommodation is more than acceptable, and all basic requirements and expectations are met. We will certainly return, either for another Bosberaad, or just to enjoy the great service, total peace and quiet, plus relaxation!

We were quite disappointed with our experience at this venue. Communication leading up to the wedding was extremely poor. We tried multiple times to book a room in advance, calling and requesting information, but no one ever followed up or sent through the details we asked for. We were repeatedly told not to stress and that rooms would be available, but this made proper planning impossible, especially since we specifically wanted to secure a room with air conditioning and a private bathroom. On arrival, the situation was chaotic. No one seemed to know where guests were supposed to go or which rooms were allocated. The bride herself had to step in and assign us a room, which should never happen on her wedding day. The owner had a stall at a church market and no one else was at the venue to assist. There was also no option to pay in advance as we had hoped, and we ended up having to sort out payment at the bar, where there was only one card machine. With little to no signal on the property, this made things even more frustrating. The venue itself is very much “farm-style,” with lots of animals around. That may appeal to some, but it’s worth noting for those who prefer something more polished. Unfortunately, the rooms were not properly cleaned—there was sand on the floors and noticeable dust on surfaces. The overall look is quite outdated, with mismatched furnishings and inconsistent room standards. It’s a real pity, because the venue has great potential. However, it is clearly mismanaged. There was no sense of going the extra mile to make the bride feel special or to ease the stress of the day. Overall, the lack of organization and attention to detail really let the experience down.

If you haven't seen it you won't believe how beautiful everything is. The modern bushveld experience. Thank you for the best food friendly services and most beautiful decorations from the tables glasses flowers lights and candles they make every one's biggest dreams come true. Beste thing is that so many guest can sleep over. May you all be blessed in your big dream.

Fantastic venue and accommodation for any function. Breakfast on sunday was excellent. The animals next to the chapel during the ceremony was such a special touch!!! I Highly recommend this superb venue
