THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM! by far 1 of our fav spots to go to, myself an my husband always go back to this place and everything about the experience is just awesome. Great food, amazing themed rooms, heated pool, lekker bar and even a spa. Clean and friendly staff. Love it

I was booked for an overnight stay. Throughout the night there was electrical problems. Electricity kept going on and off. Could not charge any of my devices and the air con could not work. In the morning there was no water and no electricity . Had to check out without having bathed and with dead phones. Manager apologised and promised a refund back in September and 3 months later they are avoiding my emails and calls and no refund. Highly unrecommended! They have zero problem solving skills.

Rooms are clean but very outdated. They need to pay serious attention to their drainage system it made the whole room smell. The service otherwise was excellent have to give props to the staff for their friendliness and awesome customer service. Food was also very nice.

We stayed at Club Cocomo for 2 nights and were quite disappointed at how run down the room was. Damp on the walls, old (but clean) bedding, bathroom quite run down and in need of tlc. Overall it felt pretty neglected - luckily still clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we didn't have an issue there. We also found guests were very noisy by the pool - luckily only until about 9pm but it was quite off putting when we were trying to relax in our room. As someone else stated in a review, the noise policy is strict but the inforcement of it not so much. We had a good stay overall and didn't want to complain to the staff who were helpful and friendly - but definitely didn't feel like the accomodation was worth the money we paid.
