Best pizzas in Harties and Brits!! Service is very good. Rooms are very neat. Pool tables are very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend for a very fun time with friends and family.

We had a Bachelorette the weekend on the 2nd of Feb and had the absolute worst experience. We had to move tables and umbrellas ourselves to setup for the Bachelorette without any assistance from the staff. We paid for pizzas and the power went out due to bad weather (granted this was not their fault). No back up power on site and we never received our pizzas and also no refund was offered for the amount paid. One of the ladies in the group left to find a place we could get some food. We also had to find our way back to our rooms in pitch black without any offer of assistance. No one even came to find us the next morning to check if we were okay. Absolutely atrocious service. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

What a horrible experience! We went as a group of friends to get some drinks as they are open late at night and they made us feel so unwelcome. Definitely only for locals and regulars not for new comers! We were told to move pool tables in the most disrespectful way I’ve ever seen and this by the owner of the place! Very unprofessional! They basically refused to open the gate when we wanted to leave and we had to stand in the rain for long and listen to comments and laughter from the owner and employees saying “looks like you have to stay here”! I won’t recommend this place to anyone going to harties on holiday because of the disrespect we received.
