its a beautiful resort and clean . the service its the best .their breakfast buffet its 100%the chefs are always available to assist. I got assisted by a lady , shes short in light complexion n tattoo on the hand I think her name is Sharon if im not mistaken the lady she's very lovely,kind n friendly.she made me a very tasty omelet. keep kind of chefs 👨‍🍳 in future.

I slept there for two days I enjoyed especially their dinner, the chefs were always available for the guest. There was a short light skinned chef lady, She was so kind lovely and very polite when communicating with us. Her name is Sharon. Keep it up chef

The place is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately my toilet had a leak when I arrived and they fixed it but leaked again the last night of my stay. The dinner staff was not friendly at all I dont no if honey was allocated to a certain group of men only but she completely Ignored us. We had the most beautiful soul waiter Elsie she was amazing. Unfortanly most of the food we wanted on the menu they did not have. We could also not eat from the dinner buffet due to budget constrains until my colleque asked some very intresting questions. The breakfast staff was amazing. I love Anew hotels but Rusternburg branch really needs some upskilling.

The showers in the rooms are DIRTY! I reported this but housekeeping DID NOT clean the shower properly, for both rooms we were occupying. For what I paid I do not expect dirty showers to be on offer. Not value for money in this regard. I had a leaking aircon. I reported to reception, someone came to look at it but it wasn’t fixed. The reception’s lack of assistance urgency and gaslighting leaves much to be desired. The WIFi is bad too. I loved the pool area as my son had an awesome time. And I enjoyed the warm pool. I also loved the hike up the hill to the viewing deck in the nature reserve. I loved the food too.
