I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sun City The Palace, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the grandeur of the hotel, which perfectly encapsulates luxury and elegance. The rooms are absolutely fantastic spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and the cleanliness of the space really stood out, making it feel like a home away from home. The service was commendable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their warmth and attentiveness made a significant difference, and I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. This level of hospitality is truly a testament to the management’s commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the General Manager for the thoughtful gesture of providing a bottle of wine. It was a lovely surprise that added to the overall positive vibe of my stay. Thank you for such a memorable experience! Overall, Sun City The Palace has certainly picked up its game, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. I can't wait to return for another visit!

From warm towels and drinks on arrival, to the night night chocolate and thee largest breakfast buffet, the palace is an amazing experience. Braai for brekkie if you want, yes please! The water features, sculptures and decor transport you to a world of true african luxury. Activities are great but I do advise to extend your stay as time runs away from you when walking around!

A truly phenomenal experience and a privilege to be able to spend a weekend here. From the welcome, the rooms, the food, the staff, and especially the breathtaking beauty of the building, I felt so lucky to be here. The staff are truly exceptional and go above and beyond: From Francois at guest relations, to Stephen, Patience, Catherine and Martha at breakfast, to King and Jabulani at the pool… they made a wonderful experience world class. Thank you. It was an honour.

Overall: The hotel was really pretty and had loads of photo spots. Rooms: really spacious and had all the amenities only one thing is that they only have soap bars no liquid soap. Service: I expected better service from a five star hotel. I met good staffs too but the staffs at the dining hall for breakfast and dinner were moody and the service was super slow. Food: all tasted great there was a lot of variety for breakfast. I also had dinner there and it was great too.
