Audrey was fantastic - we arrived later than expected but she kindly checked in on us until we arrived and was there to meet us. A stunning room was ready and waiting. Unfortunately no food available on weekends so we did have to go out for dinner.

One of the most amazing guesthouses I have ever been. From start to finish it was a awsome experience. I will def stay there every time I have to travel through Douglas. Evening is on point.

Very disappointing. No service at all as no one was on site. Arrived on 16 December. Main gate was on manual after being told someone would open for us. Self check-in, as not one person was working. No handwash in the bathroom, nor shower gel. The kitchenette was missing utensils and crockery. Swimming pool unmaintained and in need of repair. We stayed here in January 2023 and it was wonderful. Not anymore. We will never return.
