For decades the mystical Karoo has charmed numerous people, people whom have found a deep appreciation and love of this magnificent place.

With it’s arid landscape it can be unforgiving, but truly smelling the Karoo-bossie, tasting the hot sky, your soul will embrace that moment it becomes a part of your spirit. Our founder, Jan Sauer Lambrechts, was born and raised in the Karoo. His love of architecture & design, as well as his entrepreneurial drive has given life to some of the most luxurious accommodations in the Upper Karoo.

This hotel is beautiful in its historic rustic form. It's good for a stop over overnight only, nothing to do in this town. The people are friendly and there was a nice opportunity to sit at the fireplace in the lounge and at the bar after hours. Rooms neat and clean and good

Great accommodation! The Hanover Luxury hotel was the perfect place to break our journey from Pretoria to Cape Town. Very clean, with interesting decor and friendly staff. Our evening meal was excellent and we will stay there again if we can. Thank you Hanover hotel!

What a darling little quaint and quirky hotel in Hanover. A secret littl find and so reasonable considering the rooms, food, staff and dont get me started about the beautiful decor. A mist stop-over between Capetown and Johannesburg.......loved every minute.
