It's always nice when you walk into a store and you are greeted with a friendly hello.... Make you want to actually take out your purse and support the people. Sorry, not the case here. Upon entering the store, the lady at the cashier didn't even look up to greet me even after I greeted her. No one offered assistance. So I went in, bought what I needed and left. That being said, this store carters for all party themes. They have everything and more that you need for any party or event. The staff just needs to work on their people skills.

Good place,but very poor customer service and no telephone etiquette at all..Keeps ringing and nobody answer and not quite friendly staff at the shopping side..
