I had a wonderful stay at 6 on Kloof Guesthouse. It is an absolute must if you are visiting Bredasdorp. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, tidy, and very well run. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area.

I had a great experience working & staying at 6OnKloof. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast & service overall was excellent. Good value for money.

I stayed here as part of my trip focused on exploring South Africa’s nature. After a long day and a demanding hike, I arrived at the stated check-in time, but at 5:00 pm the gates were locked and there were no staff or guests on the property — everything looked completely closed. I called the provided number and was told that check-in instructions had been sent to me on WhatsApp that morning. The problem was that I had no connection, which was visible in my WhatsApp status, and the instructions were not duplicated via email or through Booking.com. As a result, check-in and finding the room were very inconvenient and stressful. A note about breakfast: based on reviews and the instructions, I expected a proper breakfast with a menu and choices, but in reality it was just yogurt, fruit, juice, and muesli left in the fridge, with no real service. As for the room itself, the only truly comfortable part was the bed. The bathroom light switch was also unusual: instead of a normal switch, there was a pull cord that turns on the bathroom light, the hallway light, and the fan all at once. At night this is inconvenient — it’s hard to find the cord, and once you do, you’re suddenly under bright lights and it’s difficult to fall asleep again. Overall, this was a negative experience. Perhaps things are organized differently on weekdays, but on Saturday it felt like the place was more for the owners than for guests.

Off the bat... The hospitality is warm and welcoming. Quite and serene... Beautiful and neat... If you ever find yourself in the beautiful town of Bredasdorp and in need of overnight accommodation I strongly recommend 6 on Kloof 🫶👌
