The photos online are deceiving, the rooms are not properly cleaned, the shower in the room I stayed in clearly needs a revamp. No LED lights provided for load shedding, just two candles. The microwave provided for guests is dirty and shows signs of not being cleaned for a very long time. I sent a message on their WhatsApp number requesting that the microwave be cleaned so that I can warm up my food, but I was ignored. It’s definitely not value for money.

The photo's online can be a little deceiving as certain elements were not in the condition they appeared online. The place was eerily quiet with only one person to show us our room when we arrived, no other host or friendly face to welcome us or assist us in the duration of our stay. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bath was good after a long day.

The website is very misleading. Booked a superior queen bedroom but there is nothing superior about it compared to a standard twin. Televisions is outdated,WiFi requests password every 30 minutes. None of the facilities are on site. Indoor pool is in a local gym, outdoor pool was dirty. I am also perplexed how a 4 star hotel doesn't have air conditioning in a "superior queen room"

The stay was well. Zandile the manager was very special and professional. The interior need an urgent upgrade especially the TV's and the cupboards. The gardens are well kept. The pool need to be cleaned, that's why I didn't take a swim
