We stayed at this wonderful house for a month in January 2025. It’s a family home that oozes character. Beautiful grounds with spectacular Mountain View’s a lovely pool perfect for cooling down in the sun. Fabulously located just 5 minutes from central Franschhoek and its wonderful wineries and restaurants. A big thankyou to Owen the estate manager and the team of staff there who made our stay very comfortable. They couldn’t do enough. Clive, the owner was also on hand to sort a couple of minor issues with the internet which were resolved very quickly. Don’t hesitate to book - you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent value for money! Real old world charm at this magnificent property! We stayed in the loft room. It felt like a room in a castle! Clean, neat well furnished room and bathroom. All amenities provided. (microwave, fridge, kitchenette, weber BBQ). Lovely private terrace on the roof and pool nearby. Take time to stroll through the Rose garden and Vineyards! Only 4min drive from town.

Attended a wedding at this location. Lovely gardens and venue for an event. Views are wonderful and off the beaten track, so quiet and serene... until the party starts. Parking is not ideal as one has to walk down a sandy, gravelly drive to get to the main entrance. But a minor inconvenience for someone in flat, comfortable shoes. High heels seemed to be more challenging for the ladies.
