Can I give 10/5! It’s a fentabulous place Hermanus.The hotel location is awful and its treatment is also good. Rooms were too big and royal in decor. Its boutique hotel having roman architecture and European theme based rooms and bathroom was too big. My room was like .. Kamra .. kamre ke age balcony..balcony ke age Samander😃 I must recommend to visit Hermanus for whale watching and Misty waves.

From arrival time we had 5 star treatment. The Reception area stunning decor..I could sit there the whole day reading a book. The whole experience is relaxing. The rooms are beautiful and spacious..the bathroom has everything you need..you don't need to take shower gelll with you. 😅. The greenery..the garden..beautiful. The breakfast versatile if you a vegan or on an eating plan. They have a special juice eg. pineapple & ginger..The view from the rooms are perfect. Just loved everything 🙏❤️

It is so adorable that it’s almost hard to be critical. We truly had a lovely stay. The people are incredibly kind, the location is wonderful, and the staff are genuinely sweet and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are excellent. However, the hotel does feel like it’s a bit stuck in time. The interior seems frozen in the eighties — very eclectic — and even though it was February, the Christmas decorations were still up. It might be time to start gradually replacing some of the very dated furniture and décor rather than continuing to repair them. For example, if the paint keeps coming off the balcony furniture, perhaps it’s simply time for a good-quality replacement — even second-hand would be better. Finally, good coffee and tea are really the bare minimum these days. The French press in the room is a great idea — but only if it comes with good coffee. And Nescafé… is a definite no 😊 Small Nespresso machines are very affordable, and the capsules are more easily recyclable than Nescafé wrappings. You would truly do your guests a big favour by upgrading this. Overall, a charming place with so much potential — just ready for a little refresh.

Absolutely stunning hotel, one of the best. Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast was yum. Watching the springboks in the hotel's cinema was a highlight for us😁 Walked to the restaurants & market in the centre (1km). Also walked to Ficks restaurant for lunch (2 minutes), which is across the road from the hotel. We will definitely return😁
