The hotel is situated at a very beautiful location, the view is very scenic, anyone visiting mossel bay should try it. Almost all adventures are nearby. All types of global cuisines are available. Very kind and helpful staff. It’s infant and children friendly. Would definite visit again

Quite disappointing. Was so excited to stay at this hotel because of the location and amazing views but the service and cleanliness of the hotel were a big let down. Rooms are shabby and really need maintenance and the breakfast was a disaster. Most of the food was leftovers from supper the night before and the plates/dishes were still dirty like they hadn't been washed. Amazing location but not worth the hefty price per night. Facilities really need some quality work.

Not worth a 4 star, I would give it a 2. Some staff are friendly and others think they are doing you a favour. At a supper the coffee station was non functioning, the next morning our room was not attended to by housekeeping and we had to ask at reception to tend to the matter and on the same day our laundry that was given in the morning was returned to us,not cleaned, late afternoon with an apology that they don't know why it was not done, pathetic !

We came for our honeymoon and the experience for top notch. The hotel staff and Mr Parimal are great hosts, they exactly know what would you need for a luxurious vacation. The cook is Indian and served us with the best variety of food, nothing less but we were spoilt. The view from the room and dinner table is attached and it speaks volume for the amazing experience that we had.
