About Ingwe Forest Adventures

Ingwe is based in The Crags and has been offering forest setting for weddings for the past 15 years.

In June 2019 we went mobile and now have the versatility to offer many different venues to suit all tastes, from rustic to upmarket. Both the venue and accommodation can be arranged. Weddings booked via Ingwe include the planting of an indigenous tree, either at the venue chosen if possible, or at a local school where we run outdoor educational projects. For those that would like a "green wedding" please talk to us for ideas that would work with what your dream wedding. We also offer activities and something a bit different for bachelors and hen parties - get in touch with us for a fun event! We look forward to hearing from you to help plan your special day.

We just came back from a Team Building camp with INGWE. I am sure I am talking on behalf of most of our students from the Hands & Heart programme when I say it was an incredible time of self development and learning. Many thanks for your input in the lives of the young people we work with. All done professionally and with a caring heart wanting to make a difference in the lives of young people. I went in thinking this was going to be a waste of my time, and I came out knowing it was a waste of my time. This 'Ingwe' Adventure was just your standard rebranded teambuilding exercise. I learnt nothing new from this than what I did from doing this camps as a child during school. If it wasn't for that it was compulsory I would have never done this.
