Our stay at The Ivory Haus was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious rooms that are impeccably clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. The restaurant was equally impressive. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and prepared to perfection. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant, making it the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while taking in the stunning surroundings. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Their friendly, attentive service and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel completely at home. If you’re looking for a boutique accommodation that combines luxury, exceptional food, and world-class service, The Ivory Haus is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Plettenberg Bay.

Staying at Ivory Haus honestly felt like I’d been whisked away to a little Greek village right in Plettenberg Bay. There’s something so calm and effortless about the space. My room was spacious, beautifully styled, and opened up to the most incredible views — and having a private plunge pool just made it feel that much more special. One of my favourite parts of the stay was winding down at the restaurant in the evenings, watching the sunset with a cold Corona in hand. It’s one of those simple moments that just stays with you. They also have a small coffee shop on-site, and I’m not exaggerating when I say the pastries were some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of place that feels personal, relaxed, and a little bit magical — I’d absolutely recommend it.

Hands down the best place to stay in Plattenburg. Feels like a 5 star hotel without the pretentiousness, and reminds me of a chic hotel in Ibiza. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, bedrooms are spacious, stylish and cleaned every day. Little touches like the turn down service in the evening, little poetry notes and chocs on the bed make it feel special. As it was my birthday, they gave a complimentary bottle of Cap, and a lovely note. We also got to enjoy a number of amazing breakfasts overlooking the bay, and sundowners on the roof with DJ vibes. Love it

We had a great weekend stay at Ivory Haus! The service was fantastic and the food at The Palms restaurant was world class! Rooftop bar boasts beautiful views of the Keurbooms river and the perfect place to sit down and relax. 10/10 will visit again for sure!
