Lord’s Wines boasts a spectacular Wedding and Events Venue in the Robertson Wine Valley area that encompasses the beauty of the Cape.

With fynbos and mountains surrounding the lush vineyards of the Estate. It is the perfect destination for a celebration and situated in the picturesque town of McGregor. With excellent wines, views and serenity, Lord’s Wines will elevate your special day to a heavenly experience. Choose between you and your guests being surrounded by wine barrels in the beautiful and unique Cellar Chapel. Or opt for an exquisite ceremony on the lawn with a backdrop of vineyards, mountains and indigenous Blue Crane’s. The Veranda is perfect for canapés and pre-drinks whilst enjoying the breathtaking views Lord’s has to offer. Accommodation is also available for 18 people, with two houses and two apartments adjacent to the cellar, giving you the perfect Wine Farm experience. Included in the packages below, is an amount of Lord’s’ award-winning wines to ensure that your special day is celebrated in style. The highly rated Cap Classique is a firm favourite while the Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz can be paired with the most delicious entrees. A total of 120 guests can be seated in the state-of-the art venue with a spacious dance floor to celebrate in style. A preferred list of suppliers can be provided for flowers, decor and sound/DJ. Lovely spot just outside McGregor. Very friendly service from Carine in the wine tasting room. Food was also good in the reatuarant and the owner Jacie was quite friendly.

The location and venue are really nice, we were so excited when driving into the venue but the service and attitude in the restaurant were as bad as it gets the waitress was so grumpy. It felt like she was doing us a favour and got angry anytime we asked a question. There was a manager on duty but he did squat. Just sat around. The Food and wine were mediocre at best but we could've over looked it if the service was better because the location is so nice. The lady in the wine tasting tasting was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. No issues there.

We had an impromptu lunch here. Really enjoyed their pizza and steak, which was cooked perfectly. Friends wanted to do a winetasting, but you can't have a meal and tasting at the same time.

Brilliant wines. The views alone are worth the trip. The gravel road is smooth and any small vehicle will have no problem. Spoil yourself and get there.
