Beautiful setting, contemporary restaurant using authentic materials honestly incorporated into its surrounding environment. Springbok roaming in the grounds. Attentive, professional and friendly service. And, finally, excellent food with imaginative flavours using top quality ingredients. All at reasonable prices. Recommended!

What a pleasant surprise! A 5 star restaurant in Robertson. My fish was cooked to perfection. One of my guests said it was the best piece of steak ever! We will be back.

A truly memorable dining experience at Ragazzi in McGregor! We started with warm, crispy mini ciabatta fresh out of the oven, served with silky Jersey butter — a simple touch done perfectly. For mains, my partner and I always share, and the staff kindly plated each dish in half portions for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had the onion risotto with lamb koftas and the beef short rib. The presentation was picture-perfect, but the real magic was in the flavours. The risotto was luxuriously creamy with a gentle sweetness from the mini onions — balanced and beautifully executed. The koftas were tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The short rib? Rich, fall-apart soft, and packed with deep, comforting flavour. Every bite felt like an eyes-closed symphony moment. Highly recommend this gem — elegant food with soul. Service was also top notch, we definitely felt looked after. The decor is tasteful and elegant. You can't go to McGregor without visiting Ragazzi.
