Thank you to EVERYONE at the Fairy Knowe Hotel River Resort for making my stay such a comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable one. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my three-night stay and will be returning, of that I have no doubt. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of every staff member I came into contact with, every person was ready with a warm smile and a greeting no matter how many hours they were into their shift! I have been in the service industry for most of my life and to see all staff working as a tight team and 'moving with a purpose' - the purpose of 'serving the guest' just made my heart sing every day! I also kept on noticing the neatness and cleanliness of the property, inside and out, everything is extremely well-maintained and in spic and span condition; the gardening and maintenance teams did not stop paying attention, it was wonderful to witness:) I was thoroughly spoiled too by a magical back massage by on-site beauty therapist, Tanith from the TLC Therapy Spa. I highly recommend her treatments. I chose the Fairy Knowe to spend quiet time alone in nature across the anniversary time of my partner who died a few years back; I couldn't have chosen a more ideal place, thank you to Team Fairy Knowe, I applaud you.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Fairy Knowe Hotel! What a special place. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spotless and well equipped. The breakfast included in the room was generous and had lots of variety. And most importantly the LOCATION is absolutely out of this world!! Waking up with the river right on your doorstep. Immediately feel like you can switch off and leave your worries behind you. Highly recommend taking advantage of the canoes and going for a paddle down the river too! I will definitely be back!

The cleanliness of the room was absolutely top class honestly the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Everything was spotless, fresh, and exceptionally well maintained. Excellent housekeeping and attention to detail.

Group visit 23 to 25/ 01/ 26. Excellent stay. Place is beautiful and well maintained. Staff service great! Manager in charge of dinner services went out of his way to please us. Request to food was pleasantly done. We thank him and staff for that. Rooms are as advertised nice and clean. Would go back soon again
