Didn't get to sleep over but wow! Thanks Steynshoop for an amazing wedding. We enjoyed the veneu! Special shoutout to oom Piet and all the friendly staff. We felt well looked after and your actions were always that of professionalism and consideration.

We recently got married at this beautiful venue, and I honestly cannot put into words how incredible our experience was. From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. A very special thank-you to Oom Pieter – he was absolutely amazing! He always replied quickly whenever I had questions, made sure we felt supported throughout the planning, and helped make our wedding day truly unforgettable. His calm, kind nature meant so much to us. Another huge thank-you to Tannie Hanneli for all her hard work. The food was incredible, the decor was breathtaking, and every detail was done with so much love and effort. She brought our vision to life even better than we imagined. We had a weekend wedding, and it was magical from beginning to end – the beautiful Cape vibe, the stunning surroundings, and the friendly, welcoming staff all made it perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, warm, and memorable place to celebrate their special day. We couldn’t have chosen better! 💍✨

My wedding was wonderful and Hanneli was the best coordinator that one could ask for. Some of my things were stolen from my wedding suite though, and the recommended a horrible DJ (pro DJ weddings is the company) to me, who was incredibly unprofessional and asked appalling questions. The venue is lovely and wonderful and would love to visit it again.

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU REQUIRE HALAL FOOD! 😡 I requested halal food upon booking and was served FOOD PREPARED BY THEMSELVES AMD CLAIMS ITS HALAL!!! 🤯 The audacity to claim it's halal is INSULTING! Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere that respects your dietary needs. ONE STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE 🚫 I will be sharing my disappointing experience with others. I hope you will educate yourself and the staff on the importance of respecting people's beliefs and dietary needs!!!!
